An experiment in reference, this 37mm Polycarbon watch draws inspiration from the iconic rotary telephone, translating its distinctive geometry into a contemporary layered dial.
Description
This 37mm watch features a lightweight polycarbonate case and integrated bracelet surrounding a double-layer dial inspired by the numbered discs of 1960s and 1970s rotary telephones. A circular brushed upper layer sits above a sandblasted base, recreating the depth and visual character of the original design through contrasting finishes.
The restrained monochromatic palette allows the layered construction to become the defining feature, balancing nostalgia with contemporary simplicity.
